Amber Chand

Amber Chand is a visionary guide, global storyteller and inspirational speaker whose Dream A New Dream programs and international retreats today offer a potent vision for living into a new story from a place of courageous love, fearless imagination and enlivened wisdom.

As an Indian woman born in Uganda who was expelled in her youth from her country as a refugee and as a recent breast cancer survivor, Amber speaks on the power of the resilient spirit in our world, one that weaves together the sacred and strategic, the ancient and the visionary, the mystical and the practical – recognizing that it is in this dance of seeming opposites that our creative powers emerge and our visionary new story begins.

As an author, Amber’s book, Dear Beloved: Sacred Messages to the World has been described as a “heartfelt mandate to live by in these complex and confusing times” and offers readers 12 potent messages to support them in navigating times of uncertainty and stepping boldly into a new story. She is

currently working on her forthcoming book, Tales of The Boatwoman”, a weaving of ancestral stories, personal memoir and wisdom teachings which will soon be offered as a multi-media performance.

As a performer and storyteller, her acclaimed 90-minute one-woman show, Searching For The Moon, has taken audiences on a remarkable journey into an evocative life story spanning three continents through the lens of love, despair, faith and forgiveness.

Amber today resides in the bucolic Berkshires and San Miguel de Allende, Mexico.
