Mindfulness practice is available in every moment. As we settle into the awareness of our bodies, we begin to see more clearly some of the deeply conditioned tendencies, habits, and reactions in our mind. Mindfulness offers us the space of choice, wise discernment, and creates a space for greater happiness in our lives. I invite you to practice the art of awareness in the present moment using the breath, sound, and sensations as objects of our meditation.
